　　松脂中含有松节油和松香，通过水蒸气精馏、减压水蒸气精馏可以分离出松节油，得到松香。松香再通过减压精馏，即可生产精制松香。精制松香的生产设备正是基于这个原理进行研制的，其主要由精馏塔、降膜式列管再沸器和釜液循环管路等构成。设计的装置生产的精制松香得率≥92%，色泽（加纳色号）12，软化点≥78℃，酸值≥181。
　　송지중함유송절유화송향，통과수증기정류、감압수증기정류가이분리출송절유，득도송향。송향재통과감압정류，즉가생산정제송향。정제송향적생산설비정시기우저개원리진행연제적，기주요유정류탑、강막식렬관재비기화부액순배관로등구성。설계적장치생산적정제송향득솔≥92%，색택（가납색호）12，연화점≥78℃，산치≥181。
Resins contains rosin and turpentine. Rosin can be obtained by separating the turpentine with steam distillation or. vacuumed steam distillation. Refined rosin can be produced by vacuumed distillation.The apparatuses of vacuumed distillation include rectifying tower, down-film tube reboiler and circulation line of distillation residue. The yield of refined rosin produced by the device designed in this paper is 92%.The Gardner color is 1~2. The softening point is≥78℃. The acid value is≥181.
