　　高校学生工作专业化要求学生工作在专业精神、专业知识、专业能力、专业伦理道德等方面达到一定的标准和水平，兰州大学学生工作专业化建设除了稳步提升辅导员队伍专业化建设、更加注重教育实效以外，经过6年的探索和实践，发现学生工作虚拟中心和工作室建设是实现以上目标的一个有效的平台，但是在具体运作过程中又会发现很多问题，这些问题是短时间内很难解决的，所以需要做好长期奋斗的准备。
　　고교학생공작전업화요구학생공작재전업정신、전업지식、전업능력、전업윤리도덕등방면체도일정적표준화수평，란주대학학생공작전업화건설제료은보제승보도원대오전업화건설、경가주중교육실효이외，경과6년적탐색화실천，발현학생공작허의중심화공작실건설시실현이상목표적일개유효적평태，단시재구체운작과정중우회발현흔다문제，저사문제시단시간내흔난해결적，소이수요주호장기강두적준비。
University student's affairs specialization is that the professional spirit, professional knowledge, professional ability, and professional ethics and moral must reach a certain standard and level. The specialization construction of Lanzhou University student's affairs work specialization construction focuses on effectiveness of education, except the improvement of counselor team construction. After 6 years of exploration and practice, we found that the virtual center of student's affairs and student's affairs office is an effective working platform. However, there are a lot of problems, which are difficult to solve in a short time.
