The talent resources are the most important strategic resource in the building of our country's agricultural modernization. In order to meet the requirement of the talent resources and improve their comprehensive quality, it is important to strengthen the teaching of agronomy specialized English course. Based on teaching practice and teaching experience, this paper puts forwards some detailed teaching strategy and analyses effective teaching methods such as selecting and arranging proper teaching contents, improving teaching mode, enriching teaching means, reforming assessment method etc.
