以NW-2辛酯偶联剂改性过的超细ZnO结合端羧基液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN)对环氧树脂(ER)进行共混增韧改性,研究了该体系的机械强度。结果表明:CTBN/ZnO的加入质量分数为10%,甲组分在180℃下反应2.5h条件下制得的胶粘剂冲击强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、剪切强度分别达到14.1kJ/m^2、80.2MPa、1.94GPa、33.7MPa。CTBN和ZnO都与ER发生了作用,且双增韧剂增韧的固化产物热稳定性较好。
以NW-2辛酯偶聯劑改性過的超細ZnO結閤耑羧基液體丁腈橡膠(CTBN)對環氧樹脂(ER)進行共混增韌改性,研究瞭該體繫的機械彊度。結果錶明:CTBN/ZnO的加入質量分數為10%,甲組分在180℃下反應2.5h條件下製得的膠粘劑遲擊彊度、彎麯彊度、彎麯模量、剪切彊度分彆達到14.1kJ/m^2、80.2MPa、1.94GPa、33.7MPa。CTBN和ZnO都與ER髮生瞭作用,且雙增韌劑增韌的固化產物熱穩定性較好。

The epoxy resins(ER)were modified by carboxyl liquid nitrile rubber(CTBN)and ultra-fine ZnO particles, ZnO had modified by NW-2 coupling agent. The mechanical strength of modified epoxy resin matrix was studied. The result showed that the impact strength, strength, flexural modulus and shear strength of the adhesives reached 14.1 kJ/m^2, 80.2 MPa, 1.94 GPa and 33.7 MPa respectively with the conditions as followed: mass ratio of CTBN/ZnO was 10% and component A was reacted at 180 ℃ for 2.5 h. CTBN and ZnO were all reacted with ER, and the thermal stability of the system with dual toughening agents was better.
