In order to check the topography under water given by design drawing and measure earth quantity of late period, the RTK depth sounder is used in the topography survey under water. The principle (no tide law)of topography survey under water with RTK depth sounder is introduced. The method of survey, issues which should be paid attention to and its superiority are stated in the light of actual situation of an engineering.
