In recent years, with the development of optical and satellite communication toward broadband, the bandwidth of the filter is increasingly wide. A low-noise amplifier, which owns a very low noise figure (NF) and a wide frequency band, is designed in this paper. The LNA owns a low gain flatness, which is less than 1 decibel. The matching of the input and output of this LNA and its stability are well.
