为探索烤烟生产中最佳的饼肥施用比例,以龙江911为试验材料,设常规施肥(不添加定向发酵饼肥,B1,CK)、50%无机氮肥+50%定向发酵饼肥(B2)和100%定向发酵饼肥(B3)3个处理,研究了施用不同比例的定向发酵饼肥对烤烟根、茎、叶干物质积累量和分配比例的影响。结果表明:3个处理的烤烟根、茎、叶干物质积累量均随生育期的延长呈逐渐增加趋势。收获时B2处理根系干物质积累量较CK提高了7.20%,B3处理较CK降低了2.45%;B2和B3处理茎内干物质积累量分别较CK提高了4.21%和6.21%;B2和B3处理的下部叶、中部叶、上部叶干物质积累量分别较CK提高了0.12%和3.50%、6.43%和10.54%、1.58%和33.38%;B3处理的中部叶和上部叶干物质积累量与CK差异达到了显著水平。B3处理能够较好地平衡干物质在根、茎、叶中的分配,对提高烟叶产量具有显著作用。综合分析认为,100%定向发酵饼肥处理对烤烟干物质积累促进作用较好。

In order to study the optimum ratio of soybean cake fertilizer in flue-cured tobacco, using Longjiang 911 as the material, three treatments were set including the normal fertilizer (without soybean cake fertilizer, B1, CK), 50% inorganic nitrogen fertilizer + 50% fermented soybean cake fertilizer (B2) and 100% fermented soybean cake fertilizer. ( B3 ), the effects of different ratio of soybean cake fertilizer on the dry matter accumulation and distribution in flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation in root with B2 treatment increased by 7.20%, that of B3 treatment decreased by 2.45%. The dry matter accumulation in stem with B2 and B3 treatment increased by 4.21% and 6.21% , respectively. The dry matter accumulation in lower leaves, middle leaves and upper leaves with B2 treatment increased by 0. 12%, 6.43% and 1.58%, respectively, and those with B3 treatment increased by 3.50%, 10. 54% and 33.38%, respectively. There were significant differences between B3 treatment and CK in middle leaves and upper leaves. B3 treatment could promote the dry matter distribution in root and stem, which could increase the yield of tobacco leaf significantly. Through comprehensively analysis, 100% fermented soybean cake fertilizer could promote the dry matter accumulation better.
