对东焦河水库坝址区地形、地质、气象及水文等条件进行分析,结合该工程浆砌石重力坝的特点,提出了预留导流底孔的施工方案。实际施工时,大坝砌筑速度较快,汛期施工未受影响,导流方案设计合理、可靠。工程完工后,导流涵洞封堵密实,无渗水现象,符合工程质量要求。

Analyzing the topographical , geological , meteorological and hydrological conditions of Dongjiaohe Reservoir's dam site , combining with the features of constructing masory gravity dam , the paper states the construction scheme of reserving the diversion bottom outlet . In the practical construction process , the bond speed of dam was very quick , the construction in flood season was not influenced . It was indicated that the diversion scheme was reasonable and reliable . After the works were finished , the diversion bottom outlet was plugged tight , water-weeping phenomenon not occurred , and the works' quality has met the desien demand.
