This paper analyses the function of vocational education, and points out that services are the basic and essential features, and it puts forward a new vocational education concept arguing that it is a core function of vocational education, and regards it as the core function of vocational education. The paper also analyzes the main connotation of professional development services, such as highlighting the vocational goal, connecting industries, inspiring independent growth, leading the main interaction, carrying out whole-process service, and internal cohesion. Recommendations are given to the further design and exploration from the point of talents training mode, to support and advance its construction by building up digital platform from the point of education digitalization.
