以ARM7内核芯片LPC2114为核心设计了一种三轴数控机床几何误差补偿系统.在给出三轴数控机床具体几何误差建模过程的基础上,根据该误差模型利用系统软件来修正数控指令,达到实现几何误差补偿的目的.系统安装调试方便,易于操作和培训,可以适应不同的工业环境。
以ARM7內覈芯片LPC2114為覈心設計瞭一種三軸數控機床幾何誤差補償繫統.在給齣三軸數控機床具體幾何誤差建模過程的基礎上,根據該誤差模型利用繫統軟件來脩正數控指令,達到實現幾何誤差補償的目的.繫統安裝調試方便,易于操作和培訓,可以適應不同的工業環境。

A geometric error compensation control system for three-axis CNC machine tools is designed with ARM7 kernel chip LPC2114. Geometric error model of three-axis CNC machine tools is found specifically, and ac-cording to the error model numerical control instructions are fixed with system software, in order to reach the pur-pose of geometric error compensation. This system has some good characteristics such as convenient installation, easy operation and training and adaptation to different industry environments.
