一辆搭载BPL型发动机的一汽大众速腾1.8 L轿车，该车在停放时偶尔会发出“嗡嗡的异响”，并出现发动机无法启动的故障现象。经检查，发现车辆熄火后冷却风扇偶尔会自行运转。结合其电源管理系统，通过分析冷却风扇的工作原理及电路图，发现故障是由于主继电器的不正常吸合引起的，更换主继电器，故障排除。
일량탑재BPL형발동궤적일기대음속등1.8 L교차，해차재정방시우이회발출“옹옹적이향”，병출현발동궤무법계동적고장현상。경검사，발현차량식화후냉각풍선우이회자행운전。결합기전원관리계통，통과분석냉각풍선적공작원리급전로도，발현고장시유우주계전기적불정상흡합인기적，경환주계전기，고장배제。
To solve the fault of a Sagitar 1.8 L car powered by BPL engine in which serious lack of battery power oc-curs, the general circuit of the cooling fan as well as the power management system is checked. It is founded that the defect is caused by the abnormal function of engine main relay which controls the cooling fan circuit and the trouble is eliminated after the the engine main relay is replaced.The troubleshooting process is also discussed in the paper.
