基于校企合作的3S人才培养模式，企业为学生提供参与工作的机会，学生利用企业的工作环境提升自身的工作技能，高职院校与企业在实操、实训和实用3个层面上进行合作，通过跨界培养、育用结合的方式，最终培养出符合国家对职业教育的要求，适合会展企业需求的高素质会展辅助型人才。
基于校企閤作的3S人纔培養模式，企業為學生提供參與工作的機會，學生利用企業的工作環境提升自身的工作技能，高職院校與企業在實操、實訓和實用3箇層麵上進行閤作，通過跨界培養、育用結閤的方式，最終培養齣符閤國傢對職業教育的要求，適閤會展企業需求的高素質會展輔助型人纔。

Based on the 3S Talent Training Model based on school-enterprise cooperation, companies provide work opportunities for students, and students enhance their job skills in corporate work environment. Vocational colleges and enterprises cooperate in three levels:practical operation, training and practicality, and ultimately train high-quality exhibition talents who can meet the requirements for vocational education and exhibition industry through the ways of cross-field training and combination of education and practicality cross-training.
