基于校企合作的3S人才培养模式,企业为学生提供参与工作的机会,学生利用企业的工作环境提升自身的工作技能,高职院校与企业在实操、实训和实用3个层面上进行合作,通过跨界培养、育用结合的方式,最终培养出符合国家对职业教育的要求,适合会展企业需求的高素质会展辅助型人才。

Based on the 3S Talent Training Model based on school-enterprise cooperation, companies provide work opportunities for students, and students enhance their job skills in corporate work environment. Vocational colleges and enterprises cooperate in three levels:practical operation, training and practicality, and ultimately train high-quality exhibition talents who can meet the requirements for vocational education and exhibition industry through the ways of cross-field training and combination of education and practicality cross-training.
