Pulmicort%cough variant asthma(CVA)%Children
目的：观察普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取我院门诊2012年7月～2012年12月诊治的过敏性咳嗽患儿50例，随机分两组，两组均予抗过敏、止咳化痰等常规治疗，观察组26例，予普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入，对照组24例，予万托林雾化液雾化吸入，评价治疗前后症状的变化。结果：观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P ﹤0.05)，未见明显不良反应。结论：普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽疗效显著，使用安全，值得推广。
目的：觀察普米剋令舒聯閤萬託林霧化吸入治療兒童過敏性咳嗽的臨床療效。方法：選取我院門診2012年7月～2012年12月診治的過敏性咳嗽患兒50例，隨機分兩組，兩組均予抗過敏、止咳化痰等常規治療，觀察組26例，予普米剋令舒聯閤萬託林霧化吸入，對照組24例，予萬託林霧化液霧化吸入，評價治療前後癥狀的變化。結果：觀察組療效顯著優于對照組(P ﹤0.05)，未見明顯不良反應。結論：普米剋令舒聯閤萬託林霧化吸入治療兒童過敏性咳嗽療效顯著，使用安全，值得推廣。
목적：관찰보미극령서연합만탁림무화흡입치료인동과민성해수적림상료효。방법：선취아원문진2012년7월～2012년12월진치적과민성해수환인50례，수궤분량조，량조균여항과민、지해화담등상규치료，관찰조26례，여보미극령서연합만탁림무화흡입，대조조24례，여만탁림무화액무화흡입，평개치료전후증상적변화。결과：관찰조료효현저우우대조조(P ﹤0.05)，미견명현불량반응。결론：보미극령서연합만탁림무화흡입치료인동과민성해수료효현저，사용안전，치득추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the inhalation of Pulmicort(Budesonide) combined with Ventolin on cough variant asthma(CVA) of children.Methods:50 children with CVA in clinic from July 2012 to Dec 2012 were divided into two groups randomly:objective group (n=26) and control group(n=24).The children of objective group inhaled Pulmicort (Budesonide) combined with Ventolin; While those of control group inhaled ventolin,al the children of two groups received conventional treatment(anti-anaphylaxis, relieving cough and reducing sputum, et al.); The remission of symptoms was recorded. Results:The curative effect of objective group was super to that of control group, a significant difference existed between the two groups(P ﹤0.05).No adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:The inhalation of Pulmicort(Budesonide) combined with Ventolin was effective for cough variant asthma(CVA).
