广西在建设西部经济强区时面临的经济总量小、人均水平低、经济结构不优等问题都需要通过扩大投资才能得到解决。广西必须发挥企业和政府在扩大投资中的作用,同时应积极引进外资,借助外资扩大投资。广西在扩大投资时必须以科学发展观为主题,以转变经济发展方式为主线,切实优化投资结构。

There are many problems emerged during the construction process of western strong economic area in Guangxi,such as low economic aggregate and per capita level,unoptimized economic structure,which can be solved through investment expanding.It is needed to show the important role of the government and enterprises in the investment and absorb foreign investment to expand investment in Guangxi positively.Guangxi has to be guided by the scientific outlook to transform economic development pattern and optimize investment structure indeed.
