燃油经济性是评价柴油机综合性能的指标之一。在实船测试柴油机燃油消耗中,由于油管压力脉动会导致测试结果的偏差,加装稳压腔能有效避免油管压力脉动的影响。台架和实船测试结果表明,合理的稳压腔布置能明显降低进、回油流量计的燃油波动率,提高船舶柴油机燃油油耗测量的准确性

Fuel economy is one of evaluation indexes of the diesel overall performance .In the fuel consumption experiment of marine diesel ,the installation of the regulator chamber can effectively avoid the impact of the tubing pressure pulsation causing by the tubing pressure pulsations .The results of the bench test and on-board test show that a reasonable regulator chamber’s arrangement can significantly reduce the fluctuation rate in flow meter and also improve the accuracy of marine diesel fuel oil consumption measurement .
