本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,通过分析探戈舞的独特舞蹈风格特点,探讨探戈舞舞者身体素质的要求以及训练的基本要求,提出了符合探戈舞特点的肩、腰、腿、足等身体部位的多种素质训练方法及注意事项,以期为体育舞蹈探戈舞舞者身体素质训练提供理论参考。
本文運用文獻資料法、專傢訪談法,通過分析探戈舞的獨特舞蹈風格特點,探討探戈舞舞者身體素質的要求以及訓練的基本要求,提齣瞭符閤探戈舞特點的肩、腰、腿、足等身體部位的多種素質訓練方法及註意事項,以期為體育舞蹈探戈舞舞者身體素質訓練提供理論參攷。
본문운용문헌자료법、전가방담법,통과분석탐과무적독특무도풍격특점,탐토탐과무무자신체소질적요구이급훈련적기본요구,제출료부합탐과무특점적견、요、퇴、족등신체부위적다충소질훈련방법급주의사항,이기위체육무도탐과무무자신체소질훈련제공이론삼고。
This paper utilizes the method of documentation and expert interview to analyze the characteristics of tango, to discuss basic requirements of tango dancers’ physical fitness and their training. In accordance with the tango characteristics, the writer puts forward a variety of training methods on shoulder, waist, legs, feet and other parts of the body as well as matters needed attention, in order to provide a theoretical reference for tango dancers’ physical quality training.
