《思想道德修养与法律基础》课对大学生的成长成才具有极其重要的作用。加强与改进《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学，提高教育教学实效性，一个很重要的方面在于对课程教学进行精心设计、合理安排和科学实施。广大教师在使用2013年新修订版教材时应不断深化研究，增强问题意识和需要意识，开展专题式教学，真正实现好教材体系向教学体系、知识体系向信仰体系的转换，切实增强《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学的实效性。

Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis is a course that plays an extremely important role in the cultivation of college students. To enhance the teaching of the course, and to improve its teaching effectiveness, great efforts must be taken to design, arrange and implement course teaching. Course teachers who are in use of the new revised edition textbooks (2013) should deepen research, and strengthen awareness of the problems and needs. They should also conduct thematic teaching to realize the conversion from material system to the teaching system, from knowledge system to belief system, and enhance its teaching effectiveness.
