为了探讨外来入侵杂草假臭草的科学利用方法,用点滴法和熏蒸法测定了假臭草精油对小菜蛾的毒杀、拒食作用及其对小菜蛾体内羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶活性的影响。结果表明,假臭草精油对小菜蛾幼虫有一定的毒杀作用,点滴处理48 h致死中浓度为2.102×105 mg· L -1、熏蒸处理48 h致死中浓度为1.404×105 mg· L -1;假臭草精油对小菜蛾幼虫有明显的拒食作用,12 h拒食中浓度为2.69×104 mg· L-1,处理浓度为1.00×105 mg· L-1,拒食率可达100%,不同处理时间的拒食中浓度无明显差异。假臭草精油处理小菜蛾幼虫会导致小菜蛾幼虫体内的羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶活性的变化,但未呈现出规律性。
為瞭探討外來入侵雜草假臭草的科學利用方法,用點滴法和熏蒸法測定瞭假臭草精油對小菜蛾的毒殺、拒食作用及其對小菜蛾體內羧痠酯酶和穀胱甘肽-s-轉移酶活性的影響。結果錶明,假臭草精油對小菜蛾幼蟲有一定的毒殺作用,點滴處理48 h緻死中濃度為2.102×105 mg· L -1、熏蒸處理48 h緻死中濃度為1.404×105 mg· L -1;假臭草精油對小菜蛾幼蟲有明顯的拒食作用,12 h拒食中濃度為2.69×104 mg· L-1,處理濃度為1.00×105 mg· L-1,拒食率可達100%,不同處理時間的拒食中濃度無明顯差異。假臭草精油處理小菜蛾幼蟲會導緻小菜蛾幼蟲體內的羧痠酯酶和穀胱甘肽-s-轉移酶活性的變化,但未呈現齣規律性。

To investigate the new methods and tools of alien weeds usage , effects of essential oil extracted from Prax-elis clematidea on enzyme activities (carboxylesterase and glutathione-s-transferase) of diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella, and its toxicity by using topical methods of application and fumigation were studied in this paper . Results showed that LC 5 0 after 48 h of P.clematidea essential oil against DBM larvae was 2.102 ×10 5 mg· L-1 by topical application methed and was 1.404 ×10 5 mg· L-1 by fumigation treatment .The median antifeedant concentra-tion ( AFC50 ) of P.clematidea essential oil against DBM larvae was 2.69 ×10 4 mg· L-1 .The antifeedant rate could reach 100%when treating concentration was 1.00 ×10 5 mg· L-1 .Treating time had no significant effects on AFC 50 . The activities of carboxylesterase and glutathione-s-transferase of DBM larvae treated with P.clematidea essential oil were changed significantly but not in a regular pattern .
