采用室内生物测试法,研究白玉兰( Magnolia denudate)、枫杨( Pterocarla stenoptera)、红叶李( Prunus cerasifera)、琼花(Viburnum macrocephalum)、紫丁香(Syringa oblata )及重阳木(Bischofia polycarpa)6种园林树种叶片不同浓度水浸液对小麦(Triticum aestivum)、萝卜(Raphanus sativus)和小白菜(Brassica chinensis)3种作物萌发和生长的化感作用。结果表明:6种园林树种对3种作物均具有较强的化感抑制作用,且对幼苗生长的影响明显高于种子萌发。在水浸液0.0125 g· mL-1时,6种植物水浸液基本都显著或极显著地抑制了3种作物的根长和苗高,在浓度为0.1 g· mL-1下,几乎完全抑制了3种作物根和幼苗的生长。6种植物的综合效应在30%~80%,综合效应强弱依次为紫丁香>琼花>重阳木>白玉兰>枫杨>红叶李,表明6种植物具有较大的开发潜力。

채용실내생물측시법,연구백옥란( Magnolia denudate)、풍양( Pterocarla stenoptera)、홍협리( Prunus cerasifera)、경화(Viburnum macrocephalum)、자정향(Syringa oblata )급중양목(Bischofia polycarpa)6충완림수충협편불동농도수침액대소맥(Triticum aestivum)、라복(Raphanus sativus)화소백채(Brassica chinensis)3충작물맹발화생장적화감작용。결과표명:6충완림수충대3충작물균구유교강적화감억제작용,차대유묘생장적영향명현고우충자맹발。재수침액0.0125 g· mL-1시,6충식물수침액기본도현저혹겁현저지억제료3충작물적근장화묘고,재농도위0.1 g· mL-1하,궤호완전억제료3충작물근화유묘적생장。6충식물적종합효응재30%~80%,종합효응강약의차위자정향>경화>중양목>백옥란>풍양>홍협리,표명6충식물구유교대적개발잠력。
The allelopathy of aqueous extracts of Magnolia denudate,Pterocarla stenoptera,Prunus cerasifera,Vibur-num macrocephalum,Syringa oblata,Bischofia polycarpa on seed germination and seedling growth of Triticum aesti-vum,Raphanus sativus and Brassica chinensis were studied indoors using a biological monitoring method .Results indi-cated that the six garden trees all exhibited strong allelopathic inhibition on crops .And, the allelopathic inhibition on seedling growth was greater than on seed germination .The six garden tree species significantly inhibited root length and seedling height of the three crops under the treatment of 0.0125 g· mL-1 extracts,and the root length and seed-ling height were fully inhibited under 0.1 g· mL-1 extracts.Synthesize effects of the six garden tree species were be-tween 30%~80%.Overall allelopathy of the six garden tree species decreased in the order of Syringa oblata>Vi-burnum macrocephalum >Bischofia polycarpa >Magnolia denudate >Pterocarla stenoptera >Prunus cerasifera. These results indicated great development potential of the six garden tree species .
