以2年生的香樟幼苗为试材,以蒸馏水为对照,分别用50,100,200 mmol· L-1的NaCl 和Na2SO4处理,研究秋季香樟幼苗可溶性糖含量、抗氧化酶系统及光合特性的变化。结果表明:随NaCl胁迫程度的增加,香樟叶片光合色素含量、叶绿素a/b值、SOD活性和POD活性呈先上升后下降趋势,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度降低,可溶性糖含量、电导率、丙二醛含量升高;随Na2 SO4胁迫程度的增加,植物体内光合色素含量、叶绿素a/b值、SOD活性和POD活性呈先升后降趋势,植物叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率呈下降趋势,可溶性糖含量、电导率、丙二醛含量和胞间CO2浓度呈上升趋势。香樟幼苗对低浓度的盐胁迫具有一定程度的耐受性,而NaCl胁迫对香樟幼苗的影响要高于Na2 SO4。
以2年生的香樟幼苗為試材,以蒸餾水為對照,分彆用50,100,200 mmol· L-1的NaCl 和Na2SO4處理,研究鞦季香樟幼苗可溶性糖含量、抗氧化酶繫統及光閤特性的變化。結果錶明:隨NaCl脅迫程度的增加,香樟葉片光閤色素含量、葉綠素a/b值、SOD活性和POD活性呈先上升後下降趨勢,淨光閤速率、氣孔導度、蒸騰速率、胞間CO2濃度降低,可溶性糖含量、電導率、丙二醛含量升高;隨Na2 SO4脅迫程度的增加,植物體內光閤色素含量、葉綠素a/b值、SOD活性和POD活性呈先升後降趨勢,植物葉片的淨光閤速率、氣孔導度和蒸騰速率呈下降趨勢,可溶性糖含量、電導率、丙二醛含量和胞間CO2濃度呈上升趨勢。香樟幼苗對低濃度的鹽脅迫具有一定程度的耐受性,而NaCl脅迫對香樟幼苗的影響要高于Na2 SO4。
이2년생적향장유묘위시재,이증류수위대조,분별용50,100,200 mmol· L-1적NaCl 화Na2SO4처리,연구추계향장유묘가용성당함량、항양화매계통급광합특성적변화。결과표명:수NaCl협박정도적증가,향장협편광합색소함량、협록소a/b치、SOD활성화POD활성정선상승후하강추세,정광합속솔、기공도도、증등속솔、포간CO2농도강저,가용성당함량、전도솔、병이철함량승고;수Na2 SO4협박정도적증가,식물체내광합색소함량、협록소a/b치、SOD활성화POD활성정선승후강추세,식물협편적정광합속솔、기공도도화증등속솔정하강추세,가용성당함량、전도솔、병이철함량화포간CO2농도정상승추세。향장유묘대저농도적염협박구유일정정도적내수성,이NaCl협박대향장유묘적영향요고우Na2 SO4。
Taking the biennial Cinnamomum camphora seedlings as experimental materials , treated with 0, 50,100 and 200 mmol· L-1 NaCl or Na2 SO4 , soluble sugar content , antioxidant enzyme system and photosynthesis in the seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora during autumn were studied .The results showed that photosynthetic pigments content, SOD activity, POD activity and the value of chlorophyll a/b increased firstly, then decreased.Photosynthet-ic rate, stomatal conductance , transpiration rate, CO2 intercellular concentration reduced , while soluble sugar con-tent, MDA content and plant tissue conductivity increased with the increased concentration of NaCl .With the in-creased concentration of Na 2 SO4 , photosynthetic pigments content , SOD activity, POD activity and the value of chlo-rophyll a/b firstly increased and then decreased .The photosynthetic rate , stomatal conductance and transpiration rate showed a downward trend , and CO2 intercellular concentration , soluble sugar content , MDA content and plant tissue conductivity increased .Cinnamomum camphora seedlings had a certain degree of tolerance under low concentration of salt stress, and the effect of NaCl stress on Cinnamomum camphora seedlings was higher than that of Na 2 SO4 .
