研究含6-BA和GA3的保鲜剂在玫瑰切花衰老过程中对其生理生化的影响,试验结果表明:该保鲜剂可延长玫瑰切花的瓶插寿命,增加POD活性,减慢蛋白质降解的速度,降低脯氨酸含量和水分散失,增加玫瑰花枝的鲜重,延缓可溶性糖含量的降低,但对维持膜结构的相对稳定性作用不大。

연구함6-BA화GA3적보선제재매괴절화쇠로과정중대기생리생화적영향,시험결과표명:해보선제가연장매괴절화적병삽수명,증가POD활성,감만단백질강해적속도,강저포안산함량화수분산실,증가매괴화지적선중,연완가용성당함량적강저,단대유지막결구적상대은정성작용불대。
The effect of preservative containing 6-BA and GA3 on biochemical and physiology of cut rose flowers dur-ing senescence was studied .The results showed that combined treatment of these two kinds of growth regulator can prolong the vase life of cut flowers , increase the activity of POD , slow down the rate of protein degradation , reduce the content of proline and water loss , increase the fresh weight of roses , and delay the reduce of soluble sugar con-tent.But, it had no significant effect in maintaining the relative stability of membrane structure .
