[目的]观察针灸联合高压氧对中风后吞咽困难病人的护理效果。[方法]将100例中风后吞咽困难病人随机分为对照组及观察组各50例，两组病人均接受常规药物治疗及吞咽功能训练护理，对照组加针灸治疗，观察组在针灸上的基础上加高压氧治疗，观察吞咽困难恢复情况、疗效。[结果]治疗后观察组与对照组相比，吞咽功能恢复得更好，且吞咽困难评分明显降低，经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸联合高压氧对中风后吞咽困难病人疗效确切。
[목적]관찰침구연합고압양대중풍후탄인곤난병인적호리효과。[방법]장100례중풍후탄인곤난병인수궤분위대조조급관찰조각50례，량조병인균접수상규약물치료급탄인공능훈련호리，대조조가침구치료，관찰조재침구상적기출상가고압양치료，관찰탄인곤난회복정황、료효。[결과]치료후관찰조여대조조상비，탄인공능회복득경호，차탄인곤난평분명현강저，경비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。[결론]침구연합고압양대중풍후탄인곤난병인료효학절。
Obj ective:To observe the nursing effect of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen for patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A total of 100 stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into con-trol group and observation group,50 cases in each.Both groups of patients received conventional drug treatment and swallowing function training,acu-puncture treatment was added in control group,hyperbaric oxygen therapy was added in patients in observation group on the basis of acupuncture,then to observe the dysphagia recovery and efficacy in both groups of patients.Re-sults:After treatment,swallowing function recovered better and dysphagia score was significantly reduced in observation group compared with control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen for patients with dysphagia after stroke has the exact effect.
