目的：探讨黄芪大黄汤治疗尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法采用χ2检验或两样本资料的t检验，比较黄芪大黄汤组和传统治疗组VAS （视觉模拟评分法）评分、血清肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、血清钙、磷、PTH水平的变化。结果黄芪大黄汤组比传统治疗组VAS评分、血清肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、血磷及PTH水平明显下降（P＜0．05），皮肤瘙痒有效率分别为93．3％，69．2％（P＜0．05）。结论黄芪大黄汤对尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒具有缓解作用。
목적：탐토황기대황탕치료뇨독증혈액투석환자피부소양적림상료효。방법채용χ2검험혹량양본자료적t검험，비교황기대황탕조화전통치료조VAS （시각모의평분법）평분、혈청기항、뇨소담、뇨산、혈청개、린、PTH수평적변화。결과황기대황탕조비전통치료조VAS평분、혈청기항、뇨소담、뇨산、혈린급PTH수평명현하강（P＜0．05），피부소양유효솔분별위93．3％，69．2％（P＜0．05）。결론황기대황탕대뇨독증혈액투석환자피부소양구유완해작용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of astragalus rhubarb decoction for uremic pruritus in hemodialysis patients .Methods Chi-square or two-sample t-test was applied to compare VAS ( visual analog scale ) score,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,serum calcium,phosphorus,PTH levels of astragalus rhubarb decoction group and conventional therapy group .Results VAS scores,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,phosphorus,and PTH levels of astragalus rhubarb decoction group decreased more significantly ( P<0 .05 ) than that of conventional treat-ment group(P<0.05),the effective rate of pruritus was 93.3%,69.2%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Astrag-alus rhubarb decoction can remit uremic pruritus of hemodialysis patients .
