目的：建立一种稳定的真菌感染的小鼠模型。方法选用健康6～8周龄的BALB/c雌性小鼠，体重16～18g，选择静脉和鼻饲给药，每天进行死亡情况观察，连续观察26～31d，计算小鼠的半数致死量（LD50）。结果经尾静脉注射白假丝酵母菌给药小鼠高剂量组（2×107）全部死亡，中剂量组（2×106）4只死亡，低剂量组（2×105）没有死亡，鼻饲给药组小鼠高中低剂量均无死亡，说明小鼠的死亡与剂量高低、给药途径有直接关联的小鼠出现死亡。结论在利用小鼠做真菌感染的实验时，尽可能选择鼻饲给药。
목적：건립일충은정적진균감염적소서모형。방법선용건강6～8주령적BALB/c자성소서，체중16～18g，선택정맥화비사급약，매천진행사망정황관찰，련속관찰26～31d，계산소서적반수치사량（LD50）。결과경미정맥주사백가사효모균급약소서고제량조（2×107）전부사망，중제량조（2×106）4지사망，저제량조（2×105）몰유사망，비사급약조소서고중저제량균무사망，설명소서적사망여제량고저、급약도경유직접관련적소서출현사망。결론재이용소서주진균감염적실험시，진가능선택비사급약。
Objective To obtain a stable mouse model of fungal infection .Methods Female BALB/c mice,6 to 8-weeks-old,weighing 16 to 18g,were used for 50% lethal dose ( LD50) evaluation of Candida albicans , which were injected intravenously and intranasally .Mice were kept under observation for 31 days and deaths were recor-ded on a daily basis .Results Mice with tail vein injection of Candida albicans in high dose group (2 ×107 ) all died, four death in the medium dose group(2 ×106),no death in low dose group(2 ×105).Nasal feeding mice had no death in all groups ,saying that dose and routes of administration were directly related to the death of mice .Conclusion The intranasal route provided a simple ,non-invasive murine model for investigating fungal infection .
