目的:观察绝经后阴道出血( PMB)的病因以及与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法对本院2011年6月~2013年6月506例绝经后阴道出血的患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果506例病例中,妇科炎症277例(54.74%);功能性子宫出血101例(19.96%);恶性肿瘤96例(18.87%);宫内节育器16例(3.16%);其他原因16例(3.16%)。其中,96例恶性肿瘤患者中,≤60岁年龄组有17例;~70岁年龄组有34例;≥70岁年龄组有45例.结论绝经后阴道出血的病因依次为妇科炎症、非器质性疾病、恶性疾病、宫内节育器。随着年龄的增长,绝经时间的延长,绝经后阴道出血中恶性肿瘤的发病率明显升高。

목적:관찰절경후음도출혈( PMB)적병인이급여악성종류적관계。방법대본원2011년6월~2013년6월506례절경후음도출혈적환자자료진행회고성분석。결과506례병례중,부과염증277례(54.74%);공능성자궁출혈101례(19.96%);악성종류96례(18.87%);궁내절육기16례(3.16%);기타원인16례(3.16%)。기중,96례악성종류환자중,≤60세년령조유17례;~70세년령조유34례;≥70세년령조유45례.결론절경후음도출혈적병인의차위부과염증、비기질성질병、악성질병、궁내절육기。수착년령적증장,절경시간적연장,절경후음도출혈중악성종류적발병솔명현승고。
Objective To explore the causes of vaginal bleeding among postmenopausal women and relationships with malignant tumors.Methods A total 506 patients with postmenopausal veginal bleeding from June 2011 to June 2013 in the hospital were analyzed retro-speetively.Results Of 506 cases,277 postmenopausal women were found with reproductive tract infection;101 postmenopausal women were found with dysfunctional uterine bleeding;96 postmenopausal women were found with malignant tumors;16 postmenopausal women were found with intrauterine devices;16 postmenopausal women were found with other reason .In 96 patients with malignant tumor ,under 60 years of age (including 60 years) group had 17 cases;60 years old-70 years old age group had 34 cases;over 70 years of age(including 70 years) group had 45 cases.Conclusion The pathogenies of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding owe to gynecological inflammation ,non organic disease ,ma-lignant disease and intrauterine device;The incidence of malignant tumors increases with the increases of age and interval time between bleed -ing and menopausal time .
