目的：探讨高压氧治疗对高血压脑出血手术患者血清C-反应蛋白（ CRP ）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（ TNF-α）水平及预后的影响。方法将60例高血压脑出血手术的患者随机分为2组，对照组术后常规治疗，高压氧组在常规治疗的基础上在术后第7天加用高压氧治疗，比较两组术前、术后17d、3个月时的CRP，TNF-α水平及疗效。结果治疗前及术后17d两组患者CRP，TNF-α水平较正常值明显升高（ P＜0．05），术后3个月CRP，TNF-α水平接近正常值水平（P＞0．05）；治疗前及治疗3个月后两组患者间CRP，TNF-α水平无差异（P＞0．05），治疗17d后高压氧组CRP、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗17d后两组患者间疗效无差异（P＞0．05），治疗3个月后高压氧组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论高压氧治疗可快速降低高血压脑出血手术患者早期CRP，TNF-α水平并提高疗效。
목적：탐토고압양치료대고혈압뇌출혈수술환자혈청C-반응단백（ CRP ）화종류배사인자-α（ TNF-α）수평급예후적영향。방법장60례고혈압뇌출혈수술적환자수궤분위2조，대조조술후상규치료，고압양조재상규치료적기출상재술후제7천가용고압양치료，비교량조술전、술후17d、3개월시적CRP，TNF-α수평급료효。결과치료전급술후17d량조환자CRP，TNF-α수평교정상치명현승고（ P＜0．05），술후3개월CRP，TNF-α수평접근정상치수평（P＞0．05）；치료전급치료3개월후량조환자간CRP，TNF-α수평무차이（P＞0．05），치료17d후고압양조CRP、TNF-α수평명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）。치료17d후량조환자간료효무차이（P＞0．05），치료3개월후고압양조료효우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론고압양치료가쾌속강저고혈압뇌출혈수술환자조기CRP，TNF-α수평병제고료효。
Objective To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen ( HBO) therapy on levels of serum C-re-active protein ( CRP ) and tumor nectosis factor-α( TNF-α) for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery and prognosis .Methods Sixty patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups ,controled group with routine treatment and HBO group with HBO therapy after a 7-day treatment on the basis of routine treatment ,compared the CRP ,TNF-αlevels and curative effects between the two groups at the time of pretreat-ment and after 17 days treatment and 3 months treatment .Results The CRP and TNF-αlevels which were before treat-ment and 17 days after treatment of two groups were obviously higher than normal ( P<0 .05 ) , and that after 3 months were closed to normal ( P>0 .05 );The levels between pretreatment and after 3-month treatment had no difference ( P>0.05),and these levels of HBO therapy group with 17 days treatment were significantly lower than the controled group (P<0.05).There were no different curative effects between two groups at the time of a 17-day treatment(P>0.05),when the curative effects of HBO group with a 3-month treatment was better than that of controled group (P<0.05).Conclu-sion HBO could quickly reduce early CRP ,TNF-αlevels of the patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surgery and improve curative effects .
