蔡锷和石陶钧同为湖南宝庆府邵阳县人，他们同年考取秀才，同在湖南时务学堂学习，同在日本留过学，又一同投身辛亥革命，在长期的学习和革命生涯中结下了深厚的手足情谊，是清末民初邵阳最著名的风云人物。
蔡鍔和石陶鈞同為湖南寶慶府邵暘縣人，他們同年攷取秀纔，同在湖南時務學堂學習，同在日本留過學，又一同投身辛亥革命，在長期的學習和革命生涯中結下瞭深厚的手足情誼，是清末民初邵暘最著名的風雲人物。
채악화석도균동위호남보경부소양현인，타문동년고취수재，동재호남시무학당학습，동재일본류과학，우일동투신신해혁명，재장기적학습화혁명생애중결하료심후적수족정의，시청말민초소양최저명적풍운인물。
Cai E and Shi Taojun were all born in Shaoyang County, Baoqing city of Hunan Province.They obtained the scholar in the same year, studied together in Hunan Shiwu school and then in Japan, and together participated in the Revolution of 1911 . In the long-term of study and revolutionary career, they forged a strong bond of brotherhood.They were the most famous influential men in Shaoyang County at the end of Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.
