本文对一种实现转动至平移转换的新型液压废气旁通阀执行器进行了建模研究。在分析无刷直流电机和泵控缸数学模型的基础上,在Matlab/Simulink中建立了该液压执行器的仿真模型,获得了相应参数的响应曲线。仿真结果显示,该液压执行器的工作压力和输出速度满足设计要求,从而表明执行器参数设计合理,能够实现既定功能,这说明该新型液压废气旁通阀执行器具有一定的实用价值。

The system of a new hydraulic actuator of waste gate flap that converts a rotatory into a translational movement was researched.Based on the analysis of the mathematic models of brushless DC motor and pump -controlled cylinder,the hydraulic actuator system was simulated in Matlab/Simulink.Then the response curves of the working pressure in the cylinder and the piston velocity were obtained.The simulation results showed that the working pressure and the output velocity meet the design requirements. Further it was indicated that the design of the parameters of the actuator parts were rational and that the actuator can realize the given function.That means,the new hydraulic actuator of waste gate flap possesses a certain utility value.
