应用联系数的均值和方差合成理论，对比研究中国女排与欧美强队在年龄、身高、体重、扣球高度、拦网高度和克托莱指数等6项非技术因素指标上的优势．结果表明，中国女排在各项指标上的合成值都大于6支强队的合成值；在年龄上小于巴西、美国、意大利女排，在身高上仅低于俄罗斯女排，体重上小于美国女排，扣球高度和拦网高度低于古巴女排，克托莱指数小于美国女排，即中国女排的上述各项指标明显优于6支欧美强队，具有整体优势．

Based on the blending theory of means and variances of the connection numbers, the paper comparatively studies the six non - technical factors between Chinese women' s volleyball team and the top European and American teams, namely, age, height, weight, attacking height, blocking height and Quetelet index. According to the investigation, we find that the value of Chinese women' s volleyball team' s blocking height is bigger than the other six top teams' composite value; the age value is smaller than that of Brazilian, American and Italian teams; the height value is smaller than that of Russian team; the weight value is smaller than that of American team ; the values of attacking height and blocking height are smaller than those of Cuban team ; and the Quetelet index is smaller than that of American team. The conclusion is that the indices of Chinese women' s volleyball team excel the other six top teams as regards the six non - technical factors, thus contributing to the team' s overall advantages.
