对辅酶Q10发酵废水膜浓缩工艺进行了研究,确定最佳浓缩工艺为:首先在发酵废水中添加质量浓度为0.5g/L的聚丙烯酰胺;然后进行孔径为10um的PE微滤;调节pH值为6.5~7.0,再采用200Da纳滤膜连续浓缩,最经济的浓缩倍数为4.可以截留80%以上功能性成分,去除60%以上有害离子,浓缩液可满足后续肥料生产或进一步浓缩干燥的需要.
對輔酶Q10髮酵廢水膜濃縮工藝進行瞭研究,確定最佳濃縮工藝為:首先在髮酵廢水中添加質量濃度為0.5g/L的聚丙烯酰胺;然後進行孔徑為10um的PE微濾;調節pH值為6.5~7.0,再採用200Da納濾膜連續濃縮,最經濟的濃縮倍數為4.可以截留80%以上功能性成分,去除60%以上有害離子,濃縮液可滿足後續肥料生產或進一步濃縮榦燥的需要.

Grounded upon the research of the membrane concentration process of Co -enzyme Q10 fermentation waste liquid, we have obtained and optimized the concentration process, by adding 0.5 g/L of polyacrylamide in the fermentation waste liquid, then filtering through 10 um PE membrane and adjusting the pH value to 6.5 - 7.0; an ultimate continuous concentration was conducted with 200 Da nano - filtration membrane to find that the optimum concentration factor is 4 so as to obtain over 80% retention of functional components as well as to remove more than 60% of objectionable ions. The obtained concentrate can be used in subsequent production of fertilizer or further concentration and drying.
