目的：评价万古霉素在儿科患者中的使用情况及特点，促进临床合理用药。方法通过回顾性分析静脉用万古霉素的住院患儿，提取患儿的病原学检查、疾病情况、药物治疗监测情况、用药时间、疗效等数据进行统计分析。结果2013年，94例次患儿病例中，经验治疗比例为65.96％；有效率为78.72％；用药原因中肺部感染所占比例最高34.86％；微生物及药敏送检率为96.81％，阳性结果中葡萄球菌占20.81％（36/173）；治疗药物监测比例为17.02％。结论临床用万古霉素以经验用药为多，使用基本合理，但用药及监测细节上仍存在一些问题。
목적：평개만고매소재인과환자중적사용정황급특점，촉진림상합리용약。방법통과회고성분석정맥용만고매소적주원환인，제취환인적병원학검사、질병정황、약물치료감측정황、용약시간、료효등수거진행통계분석。결과2013년，94례차환인병례중，경험치료비례위65.96％；유효솔위78.72％；용약원인중폐부감염소점비례최고34.86％；미생물급약민송검솔위96.81％，양성결과중포도구균점20.81％（36/173）；치료약물감측비례위17.02％。결론림상용만고매소이경험용약위다，사용기본합리，단용약급감측세절상잉존재일사문제。
Objective To investigate the use of vancomycin in pediatric patients and promote the rational use of vancomycin.Methods By retrospective analysis, data were extracted from medical records of 94 pediatric patients in terms of etiology check , diseases , therapeutic drug monitoring ( TDM ) , medication duration , therapeutic efficacy , etc.Results The treatment of vancomycin in 65.96%was based on experi-ence and the effective rate is 78.72%.The biggest reason to use vanco-mycin is pulmonary infection 34.86%.96.81% of the patients comple-ted etiology check and drug sensitive test , and staphylococcal infection accounts for 20.81%( 36/173 ) of the positive results.17.02% of the patients completed therapeutic drug monitoring.Conclusion The treat-ment of vancomycin is mainly based on experience.Most of the usage is rational , but some details in the usage and TDM should be paid attention.
