目的:研究丹参川芎嗪注射液中盐酸川芎嗪在大鼠体内的排泄特征。方法大鼠分别静脉给予20,40,80 mg· kg-1的丹参川芎嗪注射液,收集给药后0~4,4~8,8~12,12~24 h的尿液样品及0~2,2~4,4~6,6~12,12~24 h的胆汁样品,用HPLC方法测定浓度。结果大鼠不同剂量静脉给予丹参川芎嗪注射液后,以原形药物经尿液和胆汁排出极少,尿液中的平均排泄量为给药剂量的1.18%,胆汁中的平均排泄量为给药剂量的0.56%。结论盐酸川芎嗪不是以原型为主要形式从大鼠体内消除的。

목적:연구단삼천궁진주사액중염산천궁진재대서체내적배설특정。방법대서분별정맥급여20,40,80 mg· kg-1적단삼천궁진주사액,수집급약후0~4,4~8,8~12,12~24 h적뇨액양품급0~2,2~4,4~6,6~12,12~24 h적담즙양품,용HPLC방법측정농도。결과대서불동제량정맥급여단삼천궁진주사액후,이원형약물경뇨액화담즙배출겁소,뇨액중적평균배설량위급약제량적1.18%,담즙중적평균배설량위급약제량적0.56%。결론염산천궁진불시이원형위주요형식종대서체내소제적。
Objective To study the excretion characteristics of ligus-trazine hydrochloride in Salviae Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Hydrochlo-ride Injection in rats.Methods Rats were injected 20 , 40 and 80 mg· kg-1 Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection by caudal vein, respectively.The urine and bile were collected at 0 -4, 4-8, 8-12, 12-24 h and 0-2, 2-4, 4-6, 6-12, 12-24 h, respectively.The concentrations of ligustrazine hydrochloride in urine and bile were measured by HPLC.Results After intravenous injection different doses of Salviae Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in rats, few ligustrazine hydrochloride was excreted in urine and bile as prototype.Conclusion The results indicate that prototype was not the main elimination form of ligustrazine hydrochloride in rats.
