以中国石油吉林石化公司70万吨/年乙烯装置老区裂解炉为对象,设计并实施了6台GK-6型炉的先进控制系统,包括平均炉出口温度(COT)控制系统和温度平衡控制系统。详细介绍了先进控制系统的方案设计、一键投用和切除逻辑、DCS操作画面。系统投用后极大地提高了裂解炉COT控制的平稳性和控制精度,减少了操作人员的工作强度,带来了显著的经济效益。

The advanced process control systems for the GK-6 type ethylene cracker at Jilin Petrochemical Company 460kt/an Ethylene Plant are designed in this paper, including the average coil outlet temperature cont rollers and temperature balance controllers. The project design, one-key APC-on and APC-off logic, and the DCS operation interface for the advanced process control system are introduced in detail. The control steadiness and control accuracy of COT for the cracker are greatly improved by using the advanced process control systems,and the work intensity of the operator is reduced and remarkable economic benefit is obtained as well.
