为研究树仔菜中多酚物质的提取工艺条件并测定其提取物清除 DPPH 的抗氧化活性,通过单因素试验,分析不同浸提溶剂、料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度对树仔菜多酚提取量的影响,通过正交试验确定树仔菜多酚的最佳提取条件。结果表明:提取剂为蒸馏水,料液比1∶25,提取温度30℃,提取时间8 h。提取条件下,树仔菜平均多酚提取量达到17.45 mg/g;80%甲醇树仔菜提取物对 DPPH 自由基清除率达到93.66%,明显高于 BHT。采用正交试验法优化了树仔菜多酚提取工艺条件,提升了树仔菜多酚提取量,同时树仔菜提取物具有较好的抗氧化作用。

To evaluate the extraction conditions of polyphenols from Sauropus androgynus (SA) and its anti-oxidative ability, effect of solvent, ratio of solvent-to-solid, extraction time, extraction temperature on the extraction of polyphenols in SA were studied, through orthogonal experiment extraction conditions were optimized. And DPPH radical scavenging ability of SA extracts were evaluated. Results showed the polyphenol content of SA was detected under optimal extraction conditions as followed: extraction solvent of distilled water, solvent-to-solid ratio of 1:25, extraction time of 8h, extraction temperature of 30℃. The content of polyphenol in SA was 17.45mg/g. DPPH radical scavenging ability of 80% methanol extracts from SA showed 93.66% , which was higher than BHT. Conclusion: Through orthogonal experiment optimum conditions for extracting polyphenols from SA were established, and SA extracts showed good DPPH radical scavenging ability.
