对于黄磷尾气净化CO提纯中试项目处理黄磷尾气量50Nm3/h ,采用碱洗、TSA (变温吸附)和 PSA (变压吸附)工艺,有效去除了黄磷尾气中的各种杂质,CO回收率达到85%以上,处理后的CO含量95%(H2为4~5%),P、S、A s、F含量均优于甲酸原料气净化指标要求。
對于黃燐尾氣淨化CO提純中試項目處理黃燐尾氣量50Nm3/h ,採用堿洗、TSA (變溫吸附)和 PSA (變壓吸附)工藝,有效去除瞭黃燐尾氣中的各種雜質,CO迴收率達到85%以上,處理後的CO含量95%(H2為4~5%),P、S、A s、F含量均優于甲痠原料氣淨化指標要求。

The pilot project of purifying yellow phosphorus tail gas and CO processed 50 nm3 /h yellow phos-phorus tail gas .The project adopted alkaline wash ,the TSA (temperature swing adsorption ) and the PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technologies ,which effectively removed various impurities in yellow phosphorus tail gas and recovery rate of CO was above 85% .After processing ,the content of CO was 95% (H2 was 4 ~5% ) ,and the content of P ,S ,As ,F was better than the purification index requirement of formic acid feed gas .
