砖粉泡沫混凝土作为无机不燃保温材料既可利废又能达到建筑节能的要求,具有良好的应用前景和研究价值。因其胶凝材料体系的特殊性,为保证其强度和体积稳定性,需加入起到早强和速凝作用的无机盐。通过研究Li2CO3、CaCl2、MgSO4和Na2CO3掺入对砖粉泡沫混凝土干密度、强度、含水率及吸水率的影响,试验表明:CaCl2无明显影响效果;MgSO4使干密度增大较多;Li2CO3是较CaCl2和MgSO4性能优良的无机盐;Na2CO3掺量为0.3%时砖粉泡沫混凝土的干密度为680 kg/m3,抗压强度3.8 MPa,吸水率为49%,含水率为14%。

Brick Powder Foam Concrete not only can use waste but also can be used as an inorganic non-inflammable material for insu lating,achieving the building energy-saving requirement,which has good application prospect and research value.Because of binding material system specialty,it needs add the inorganic salts which have the early strength and quick setting effects to ensure its strength and volume stability.Through researching Li2CO3,CaCl2,MgSO4 and Na2CO3 that affect brick powder foam concrete dry density,strength, moisture content and water absorption,experimental results show that,CaCl2 has no obvious effect;MgSO4 makes the dry density increase more;Li2CO3 is the better inorganic salt which has the excellent performance comparing to MgSO 4 and CaCl2;when the content of Na2CO3 is 0.3%,brick powder foam concrete density is 680 kg/m3,compressive strength is 3.8 MPa,water absorption rate is 49%and the moisture content is 14%.
