随着混凝土化学外加剂的飞速发展,聚羧酸系减水剂的性能也来也趋于成熟,由于其自身具有的良好作用效应,聚羧酸系减水剂在工程实际中的应用愈加广泛。然而外加剂与水泥的相容性问题却是长期以来普遍存在于混凝土化学外加剂领域的难点和热点问题。由于我国水泥厂繁多,水泥质量参差不齐,产品矿化成分较为复杂,并且这种状况很难在较短时间内得以解决,加之掺合料的大量使用,聚羧酸系减水剂对不同水泥仍存在相容性的问题急需解决。从水泥制备方面对聚羧酸系减水剂与水泥相容性的影响进行分析讨论。

With the rapid development of chemical concrete admixtures,polycarboxylate-superplasticizer performances also become mature,due to good effect of its own,polycarboxylate-superplasticizer used in engineering practice increasingly widespread.However ,the compatibility of admixtures and cement has been difficult and hot issues for a long time.Since many of China's cement plants ,quality of ce-ment is varying,mineralization is more complex,and it is difficult to be resolved in a relatively short period of time,combined with exten-sive use of admixtures,the compatibility of polycarboxylate-superplasticizer and different cement still need to be solved.The factors of ce-ment influence the compatibility were analyzed and discussed.
