采用水洗、NaOH溶液、KH560溶液、KH570溶液以及自制改性剂对橡胶颗粒进行改性,测试橡胶混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度,结果显示NaOH溶液及KH570溶液改性效果相对较好,其中KH570溶液的改性效果最好;NaOH溶液的最优浓度为20%, KH570的最优质量分数为1%。根据表面活性剂理论,配制了3种自制改性剂,其中改性剂1(甲19-1)的效果最好。通过扫描电镜观察橡胶颗粒水洗、无机改性前后的表面特征,发现水洗处理可以去除橡胶颗粒的表面的杂质,无机改性的作用是通过腐蚀橡胶颗粒表面的添加剂,使橡胶颗粒表面粗糙度增加。

Modifying the rubber particles through solution of clear water、NaOH、KH560、KH570 and homemade modifier,and testing the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of rubber concrete,the results showed that the modification effects of NaOH solution and KH570 solution is relatively better,and KH570 solution is the best. The optimal concentration of NaOH solution is 20%,while the op-timum mass fraction of KH570 solution is 1%. According to the theory of surfactant,we prepare three kinds of homemade modifier,and the modified agent 1(Jia 19-1)works best..By scanning electron microscopy to observe the surface features of the rubber particles modified through clear water and inorganic modifier,we can see that the effect of water processing is to get rid of the impurity on the surface of the rubber particles,and the effect of inorganic modifier is to make rubber particle surface roughness increase by corrosion on the surface of the rubber particles additives.
