以不同再生粗骨料替代率、不同配合比、不同矿物掺和料为主要因素,通过试验,制作了几组再生混凝土试块,利用NEL法对试块进行了抗氯离子渗透性能的测定,以考察这几个因素对再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,随着再生粗骨料替代率的增加,再生混凝土试块的氯离子渗透系数增大;三种矿物掺和料均降低了再生混凝土试块的氯离子渗透系数,其中以硅灰效果最好,粉煤灰和矿渣微粉的效果相差不多;随着水灰比的增加,矿物掺和料对减少再生混凝土氯离子渗透系数效果越明显。
以不同再生粗骨料替代率、不同配閤比、不同礦物摻和料為主要因素,通過試驗,製作瞭幾組再生混凝土試塊,利用NEL法對試塊進行瞭抗氯離子滲透性能的測定,以攷察這幾箇因素對再生混凝土抗氯離子滲透性能的影響規律。試驗結果錶明,隨著再生粗骨料替代率的增加,再生混凝土試塊的氯離子滲透繫數增大;三種礦物摻和料均降低瞭再生混凝土試塊的氯離子滲透繫數,其中以硅灰效果最好,粉煤灰和礦渣微粉的效果相差不多;隨著水灰比的增加,礦物摻和料對減少再生混凝土氯離子滲透繫數效果越明顯。

Some recycled concrete specimens with different replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate,different water to binder ra-tio,different type of mineral admixture are analyzed by experiments in order to study on anti-chloride ion permeability of recycled aggre-gate concrete by NEL method. The results showed that the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion of recycled concrete were large with the in-crement of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate.Three kinds of mineral admixtures can all enhance anti-chloride ion perme-ability of recycled aggregate concrete,silica fume had the best effect and the effect was not much difference between slag and fly ash.With the increase of water to binder ratio,the effect of mineral admixture on the reduction of the chloride diffusion coefficient of recycled con-crete was more obvious.
