为研究SOCS1基因突变对威宁黄牛生长性能的影响，以106头威宁黄牛为研究对象，采用SSCP、DNA测序方法分析SOCS1基因外显子区SNP与不同个体体尺性状的相关性。结果显示：A＋815C位点在威宁黄牛中有不同分型，在威宁黄牛公畜中，A＋815C位点与体高、体直长有极显著关联，CC基因型个体体高、体直长均值最大，为有利基因型，对胸深的影响达到显著性水平，具有杂合子优势；在母畜中，A＋815C位点对胸围的影响达到显著水平，杂合子 AC基因型个体胸围均值最大。
위연구SOCS1기인돌변대위저황우생장성능적영향，이106두위저황우위연구대상，채용SSCP、DNA측서방법분석SOCS1기인외현자구SNP여불동개체체척성상적상관성。결과현시：A＋815C위점재위저황우중유불동분형，재위저황우공축중，A＋815C위점여체고、체직장유겁현저관련，CC기인형개체체고、체직장균치최대，위유리기인형，대흉심적영향체도현저성수평，구유잡합자우세；재모축중，A＋815C위점대흉위적영향체도현저수평，잡합자 AC기인형개체흉위균치최대。
In order to study the effect of mutation of SOCS1 gene on the growth performance of Weining cattle,a total of 106 Weining cattles were used in this study,SSCP and DNA sequencing methods were used to analyse the association between SNP and specific traits.Results showed that various genotypes existed in different animals for the SNP of A+815C.For the male cattle populations,A+ 815C had highly significant effects on body height and body length,the individuals with CC genotype had significantly higher mean values than those with AA and AC genotypes for those traits and CC was the favorable genotype,furthermore,A+815C also had significant effects on chest depth.Additionally,for the female cattle populations,A+815C had significant effect on chest width and the mean values of AC genotype animals were the highest.
