为开发高效生态环保型仔猪饲料,以粗蛋白含量为19%的高蛋白日粮为对照组,以粗蛋白含量分别为18%、17%、16%、15%的低蛋白理想氨基酸平衡日粮为试验组(试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组),分别测定仔猪生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及粪尿氮排放量,确定仔猪最适的低蛋白日粮组成;再以最佳低蛋白日粮为基础日粮,分别添加0(对照组)、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%的专用复合酶制剂(试验1、2、3、4组),测定其生产性能、营养物质表观消化率、粪尿氮排放量。结果显示:与高蛋白日粮对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组日增体质量显著提高22.43%,料重比显著降低7.30%,粗蛋白的表观消化率极显著提高12.99%,粪尿氮排放量极显著降低38.86%;与最佳低蛋白日粮对照组相比,试验3组料重比显著降低4.62%,粗蛋白表观消化率极显著提高30.61%,粪尿氮排放量极显著降低62.88%。可见,蛋白质含量为16%的低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮中添加0.4%的专用复合酶制剂,能有效提高仔猪的生产性能、粗蛋白表观消化率,降低料重比,减少粪尿氮排放量。

Inorder to develop new environmental protection feed for piglets,the high protein diet with 19% crude protein(CP)was used as the control group.The ideal amino acid balance low protein diet with different CP levels(18%,17%,16%,15% CP,respectively)were used for the experimental group(test Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ group).The optimal composition of low protein diet for piglets was determined by detecting piglets production performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and manure nitrogen content.The best low protein diet was taken as the basal diet, which was added 0%(control group),0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5% of the special compound enzyme preparation(test group 1,2,3,4)respectively.The production performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,nitrogen content in manure were determined again.The results showed that compared with the high protein diet control group,experimental group Ⅲ growing body mass increased significantly by 22.43%,feed conversion ratio decreased by 7.30% significantly, apparent digestibility of crude protein significantly increased by 1 2.9 9%,protein content in manure reduced by 38.86% remarkably.Compared with the best low protein diet control group, feed conversion ratio of test group 3 decreased by 4.62%,apparent digestibility of crude protein significantly increased by 30.61%,manure nitrogen content significantly reduced by 62.88%. Obviously,the addition of 0.4% special compound enzyme preparation to the low protein amino acid balance diet with 1 6% CP could effectively improve the production performance of piglets and crude protein apparent digestibility,reduce material weight ratio and the manure nitrogen content.
