以处于蕾期的切花菊品种铁杆为试材,分别于0、4℃各湿藏7、14 d后瓶插催花,研究催花期间花蕾的形态指标和生理指标变化,为切花菊的贮藏保鲜提供理论指导。结果表明:随着瓶插时间的延长,每个处理组合花径呈逐渐增大趋势,14 d 4℃处理花径增大最明显,催花7 d达到8.564 cm,比不经过贮藏的对照(CK)长2.501 cm,比7 d 4℃处理长1.485 cm;花枝水分平衡值的变化均呈先升后降的趋势,4℃湿藏对催花期间花枝水分平衡值有明显的改善作用;花瓣丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量呈先降后升的趋势,催花7 d,MDA含量均上升,CK高于7 d4℃、14 d0℃、14 d4℃各处理,相比催花始期,CK的 MDA含量上升171.77%,而14 d 0℃、14 d 4℃处理分别下降5.44%、6.44%;14 d 0℃、14 d 4℃处理的Pro含量与插花初期相比有所下降,但分别高于CK 18.02%、21.40%。蕾期切花菊在4℃湿藏条件下可以保存14 d,且仍能取得较好的瓶插催花效果。

Tiegan cut chrysanthemum at the bud stage was used as experimental material,and the determination of change of morphological and physiological indexes of flower bud during vase forcing after wet storage at 0 ℃,4 ℃ for 7 d,14 d was carried out.The results showed that during the longer duration of vase,flower diameter size showed a trend of gradual increase in each combination,flower diameter increased mostly after storage at 4 ℃ for 14 d,flower diameter reached 8.564 cm after flower forcing for 7 d,which was 2.501 cm longer than that without wet storage(CK),1.485 cm longer than that after storage at 4 ℃ for 7 d.Water balance values first increased and then decreased,and was obviously improved after storage at 4 ℃.The contents of MDA and proline first decreased and then increased,MDA contents of all treatments increased after flower forcing for 7 d,MDA content of CK was higher than that of treatments with storage at 4 ℃ for 7 d,0 ℃for 1 4 d,4 ℃ for 1 4 d;compared with the beginning of flower forcing,MDA content of CK increased by 171.77%,that of treatments with storage at 0 ℃ for 14 d,4 ℃ for 4 d decreased by 5.44%,6.44%respectively;compared with the beginning of flower forcing,proline contents of treatments with storage at 0 ℃ for 14 d,4 ℃ for 14 d decreased after flower forcing for 7 d,but were still 18.02%,21.40% higher than that of CK.Cut chrysanthemum could preserve 1 4 d under the condition of 4 ℃ at bud stage,and could obtain good flower forcing effect in vase.
