针对目前厨房用菜刀、水果刀等不锈钢刀柄的氩弧焊方法焊接速度慢、自动化程度不高、生产成本高、污染大以及效率低等的弊病,通过数控技术与激光技术相结合的方法,对不锈钢刀柄实现自动激光焊接。实验得知,这种激光焊接不锈钢刀柄的方法方便可行,自动化程度高,具有实际应用价值,并已经投入实际生产中。同时,该方法还具有焊接速度快、安全可靠、无污染、人工成本低、自动化程度高、焊点牢固美观等优点。
針對目前廚房用菜刀、水果刀等不鏽鋼刀柄的氬弧銲方法銲接速度慢、自動化程度不高、生產成本高、汙染大以及效率低等的弊病,通過數控技術與激光技術相結閤的方法,對不鏽鋼刀柄實現自動激光銲接。實驗得知,這種激光銲接不鏽鋼刀柄的方法方便可行,自動化程度高,具有實際應用價值,併已經投入實際生產中。同時,該方法還具有銲接速度快、安全可靠、無汙染、人工成本低、自動化程度高、銲點牢固美觀等優點。

As argon arc welding has the disadvantages of slow welding speed, low automatic degree, high cost and serious pollution and poor efficiency, laser automatic welding is used in welding stainless steel knife handle of kitchen knife, fruit knife through combining numerical control with laser technology. Conclusions our research showed that the laser automatic technology for welding stainless steel knife handle is convenient and available. This technology has high automatic degree, important practical application value and has already applied in practice. Therefore, it has many advantages such as high welding speed, safety and reliability, no pollution and cost, high de-gree of automation and good welding joint.
