当前，我国物流产业发展中存在与电子商务发展不协调、物流发展规划与实际问题脱节等问题，运用Porter的钻石模型对区域物流产业的影响因素进行分析，在构建区域物流产业竞争力指标体系的基础上，选取15个省（区、市）作为样本，采用因子分析法，对各省（区、市）物流产业竞争力进行综合分析，结果表明我国物流产业发展不均衡，区域物流产业竞争力差异明显，呈现东强西弱的产业格局。
噹前，我國物流產業髮展中存在與電子商務髮展不協調、物流髮展規劃與實際問題脫節等問題，運用Porter的鑽石模型對區域物流產業的影響因素進行分析，在構建區域物流產業競爭力指標體繫的基礎上，選取15箇省（區、市）作為樣本，採用因子分析法，對各省（區、市）物流產業競爭力進行綜閤分析，結果錶明我國物流產業髮展不均衡，區域物流產業競爭力差異明顯，呈現東彊西弱的產業格跼。

Currently,In view of the logistics industry development in our country and the electronic commerce development, there are problems which are e-conumerce development uncoordinated,the logistics planning out of the real,this paper uses Porter's diamond model to analyze the influence factors of the regional logistics industry and set up competitiveness evaluation index system of the regional logistics industry.Based on the regional logistics industry competitiveness evaluation index system, this paper uses factor analysis to analyze the logistics industry competitiveness of provinces and cities which selecting 15 Prov-inces and cities as sample.The analysis and conclusions are good for solving problems which about the logistics industry devel-opment and the electronic commerce development uncoordinated and so on.
