从中交一航局第一工程公司“鲅鱼圈”项目部的工作实践中，我们可以得到这样一些启示：将职工群众的作用视为企业成功发展的根本保证，是党的群众路线的基层体现；以职工群众的创造作为党政工“麻花式”管理的目标追求，是党的群众路线的基层实践；用对职工的态度来考察领导干部的党性原则，则是党的群众路线的基层检验。
從中交一航跼第一工程公司“鲅魚圈”項目部的工作實踐中，我們可以得到這樣一些啟示：將職工群衆的作用視為企業成功髮展的根本保證，是黨的群衆路線的基層體現；以職工群衆的創造作為黨政工“痳花式”管理的目標追求，是黨的群衆路線的基層實踐；用對職工的態度來攷察領導榦部的黨性原則，則是黨的群衆路線的基層檢驗。
종중교일항국제일공정공사“발어권”항목부적공작실천중，아문가이득도저양일사계시：장직공군음적작용시위기업성공발전적근본보증，시당적군음로선적기층체현；이직공군음적창조작위당정공“마화식”관리적목표추구，시당적군음로선적기층실천；용대직공적태도래고찰령도간부적당성원칙，칙시당적군음로선적기층검험。
We can get some revelation from the work of first company of Chinese first harbor and naviga -tional company .We should regard the masses ’ function as the root of an enterprise ’ s development and their function embodies mass line of the party .We should pursue the goal of joint administration through masses ’ cre-ation.The pursuing is practice of masses ’ line of the party.We should judge if a cadre insist his principle for the party by his attitude to workers .And it is the way to examine if it is the masses ’ line of the party .
