焊接机的动态性能不仅影响到焊枪的轨迹精度与光电检测的定位精度,而且关系到整机的稳定性和可靠性。本文首先对焊机进行了模态分析,验证了模型设计的合理性,并能有效的避开工作时的电机转动频率,不会发生共振;其次,对焊机做谐响应分析,得到结构的薄弱环节,提出了改进措施。
銲接機的動態性能不僅影響到銲鎗的軌跡精度與光電檢測的定位精度,而且關繫到整機的穩定性和可靠性。本文首先對銲機進行瞭模態分析,驗證瞭模型設計的閤理性,併能有效的避開工作時的電機轉動頻率,不會髮生共振;其次,對銲機做諧響應分析,得到結構的薄弱環節,提齣瞭改進措施。

The dynamic performance of welding machine not only affects the trajectory precision of the welding torch and position precision of photoelectric detection, but also relates to the stability and reliability of the machine. The modal analysis of welding machine first was carried out in this article, and the reasonable of the model design was verified. The structure can avoid the work rotation frequency of the motor effectively and the resonance occurrence. Secondly, the harmonic response analysis of the welder was done, structural weaknesses were attained and improvement measures were proposed.
