用蒙特卡罗方法研究了金和硅交界时60Coγ射线入射产生的剂量梯度分布,并且通过mcnp5程序建立了一个三维的金硅界面结构模型,进而计算了剂量增强因子.计算结果表明:界面附近硅一侧具有明显的剂量梯度分布,界面剂量增强因子为1.76.
用矇特卡囉方法研究瞭金和硅交界時60Coγ射線入射產生的劑量梯度分佈,併且通過mcnp5程序建立瞭一箇三維的金硅界麵結構模型,進而計算瞭劑量增彊因子.計算結果錶明:界麵附近硅一側具有明顯的劑量梯度分佈,界麵劑量增彊因子為1.76.

In this paper the gragient distribution of dose with 60Coγ-ray has been studied at and near the interface of Au/Si by Monte-Carlo simulation of particle transportation.A 3D Au/Si model has been established by mcnp5 program , and dose-enhancement factor has been also calculated. The caculated results demonstrate that there exists a stronger dose-enhancement in the Si side near the interface. The interface’s dose-enhancement factor is 1.76.
