我国残疾人口数量众多，近年来残疾人问题已受到越来越多的重视。国内外研究表明，残疾人心理健康状况相对较差。目前我国的残疾人心理健康研究尚处起步阶段，有必要使用科学的取样方式和测量工具全面评估残疾人的心理健康。本研究使用《中国心理健康量表（残疾人版）》，在全国范围内选取了2603名不同类型的残疾受测者，分析了我国成年残疾人的心理健康现状。结果发现我国成年残疾人的心理健康得分随年龄略有下降；除认知效能维度外，残疾人心理健康的性别差异不显著；多重残疾者的心理健康状况最差，肢体残疾者相对较好；后天残疾者具备一定的调节能力，心理健康水平好于先天残疾者。

According to studies conducted at home and abroad, mental situation of the disabled is relatively lower. At present, researches on mental health of the disabled are still in its infancy, so that it is necessary to adapt scientific sampling methods and measurement tool in comprehensive assessment. In this study, the authors adapted the "Chinese Psychological Health Inventory (The Disabled Edition)", and selected 2,603 persons with different types of disabilities nationwide, in order to analyze mental problems of the disabled in China. The results show that adult disabled have slightly decreased score on psychological health with aging. The gender difference is not significant, except the dimension of cognitive performance. People with multiple disabilities manifest the worst in mental health;those with physical disabilities are better. Meanwhile, acquired disabilities have better psychological adjusting capacity to, compared with congenital disabilities.
