目的：通过对不典型肺结核影像学特征的探讨、分析，研究不典型性肺结核的影像学特点，旨在提高对不典型肺结核诊断的准确性。方法分析本院5年来确诊的17例不典型肺结核的临床症状、体征和影像学表现。结果影像学特征上呈多样性改变为不典型肺结核，临床表现主要为片状实变阴影，以及阻塞性肺炎、成人肺门淋巴结肿大及块状阴影。结论不典型肺结核的影像学表现缺乏特征性，只有提高对该病的警惕、掌握影像学表现的多样性并结合临床症状和体征，才能提高诊断的准确性。对各种影像征象进行综合分析，并对病灶进行动态观察有助于提高不典型肺结核的诊断率。

Objective To study the image characteristic of atypism tuberculosis.Atypical imaging features of pulmonary tuberculosis were analysis and designed to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Analysis 5 years in our hospital diagnosed 17 cases of atypical clinical symptoms of tuberculosis, signs and imaging findings.Results Imaging features of change on diversity was not typical of tuberculosis,clinical manifestations were the shadow of sheet consolidation,and obstructive pneumonia,adult hilar lymph node enlargement,and the massive shadow. Conclusion Atypical imaging findings of pulmonary tuberculosis lack of features,with only improve the vigilance of the disease,to grasp the diversity of imaging findings with clinical symptoms and signs in order to improve diagnostic accuracy. Comprehensive analysis of diagnostic signs and dynamic observation oflesions could help improve the rate ofdiagnosis ofatypical tuberculosis.
