目的：探讨麻醉准备室与病房术前一日备皮对手术部位感染的影响。方法将在病房术前一日备皮的患者定义为W组（Ward of Our hospital），麻醉准备室备皮的患者为A组（Pre-Anesthesia Preparation Room），每组100例。比较两组患者备皮手术间隔时间，皮肤消毒前菌落计数和切口愈合情况。结果 A组备皮手术间隔时间明显短于W组（P＜0.05）。两组患者皮肤消毒前菌落计数差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而切口愈合情况差异比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论在麻醉准备室建立术前备皮区可明显缩短备皮-手术间隔时间，可能对预防手术部位感染有一定作用。
목적：탐토마취준비실여병방술전일일비피대수술부위감염적영향。방법장재병방술전일일비피적환자정의위W조（Ward of Our hospital），마취준비실비피적환자위A조（Pre-Anesthesia Preparation Room），매조100례。비교량조환자비피수술간격시간，피부소독전균락계수화절구유합정황。결과 A조비피수술간격시간명현단우W조（P＜0.05）。량조환자피부소독전균락계수차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），이절구유합정황차이비교무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론재마취준비실건립술전비피구가명현축단비피-수술간격시간，가능대예방수술부위감염유일정작용。
Objective To investigate the impact of skin preparation and in preoperative anesthesia preparation room for surgical site infections. Methods The patients who were skin preparation in the ward were defined as the W group, those in pre-anesthesia preparation room were group A, 100 cases in each group. The interval between skin preparation and surgery, bacterial colony count before skin disinfection and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results In interval between skin preparation and surgery and bacterial colony count before skin disinfection, there were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05), while the two groups of patients with incision healing were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Establish preoperative anesthesia preparation room for skin preparation area could be significantly shortened skin preparation-surgery interval time, may have a role in the prevention of surgical site infection.
